Prior to Birth
Rosebelly and Clovertail were kithood friends. They were always together throughout their apprenticeship and warrior duties, and it wasn't long before the clan assumed that there would be a new litter on the way. Rosebelly and Clovertail had other plans. Rosebelly had been mooning over a she-cat named Sorrelfire since she sparred with her as an apprentice. She was feisty, tough, and loved collecting flowers almost as much as Rosebelly did. Clovertail just wasn't interested in romantic relationships. He would much rather go out and cause trouble with friends or go on patrol. The clan was shocked when Rosebelly announced that she was having kits. They all thought she might have met a passing rogue or a kittypet, but when the kits were born they looked exactly like Clovertail. To the surprise of the clan, Sorrelfire and Clovertail was overjoyed hen they were born. Sorrelfire announced that she, Rosebelly, and Clovertail were in a relationship with Rosebelly and Sorrelfire being the only two cats who felt a romantic attraction to each other. Clovertail was their platonic partner. They named the kits Weaselkit, Wildkit, and Leafkit.

Kitten
Wildkit was the second kit out of three to be born. Weaselkit was born first and Leafkit was born last. Unlike her brother and sister, Wildkit was adventurous and fun loving. She was the first to open her eyes and set foot out of the nursery. Her parents noticed that she would have periods of extreme happiness followed by quick periods of listlessness and lethargy. They were worried about their daughter, but the medicine cat never did find out the cause of her behavior only gave her herbs for her anxiety. Sorrelfire always listened to what the kit had to say about how she felt.
Wildkit only convinced her littermates to leave camp once, and that was the biggest mistake she had ever made. They snuck out in the middle of leafbare. Snow was still falling, and Wildkit was leading her siblings to an area where older warriors were describing as a place to hunt large birds. Wildkit was determined to hunt down an owl that lived in a tree there. She would be praised by the clan for giving them so much fresh kill when it was hard to find even a beetle in the thick snow, but Wildpaw had never seen an owl before. She didn't know that they were big enough to carry a kitten away without a second thought. The kits got to the tree in the meadow, shaking and shivering from the cold. Wildkit was beginning to get frightened but she would never tell her brother and sister that. She suggested that they dig into the snow and make a den to wait for the owl. As soon as they had made a crude den they went in. They fell asleep before it even let out a single hoot. They woke up to a faint light and cold bodies. they could hear their clanmates in the tall grass calling for them, but they were trapped underneath the snow. The hole they had made to come in had been covered by last nights snowfall. The kits cried out and were found by Clovertail and Sorrelfire. Their clanmates dug through the snow and dragged them out of the hole to take them back to camp. When they were given to Rosebelly she was furious, but her fury was wasted because every kit but Wildkit had fallen asleep. Wildkit was still shivering. The older warriors were talking about death and how they were surprised that she and her littermates had survived. It took a long time for Wildkit to recover from her stupid mistake.

Apprentice
Wildpaw was a very careful apprentice. She was so careful that everyone died she could hardly do any of her apprentice duties without scaring herself or taking hours to finish. Her mentor, Pouceheart would get very exasperated with her at first, but then he realized that she couldn't help it and kept pace with her throughout everything. She was especially afraid to go near the tree in the meadow, so Pounceheart tried to keep well away from the area. Wildpaw took so long to complete her training that her brother and sister had already gone from Weaselpaw and Leafpaw, to Weaselshade and Leafpatch moons ago. When she finally passed her assessment she was overjoyed. Leafpaw and her 3 parents congratulated her while Weaselshade thought it was ridiculous for her to have taken that long with her training. They don't talk much anymore, although Wildpoppy wishes they did.
She avoids him whenever possible.

Adult [Warrior]
Wildpoppy's young life as a warrior was amazing. She barely had to see her brother unless they went on patrols, and the medicine cats always looked out for her when her moods turned dark. It got even better when she met a kind kittypet while walking through the fields after a long day of patrolling the territory. His name was Grey. She was reluctant to see him at first because it broke the warrior code, but eventually she got over her fear of being caught. For the most part.
She saw Grey for moons before cats started getting suspicious. the medicine cats in particular. They told her that they noticed that her anxiety had been increasing every evening before she went to bed. She assured them that it was nothing, and continued to sneak out in the night. Eventually, Grey caught on to the secrecy that Wildpoppy was acting with and demanded to know why she couldn't let everyone know that they were together. She told him that what they were doing was against the warrior code, and that if her clan found out, she would probably be exiled.
After hearing the rules of the warrior code Grey became furious and forced Wildpoppy to leave BreezeClan. He told her that it was for her own safety, and that the clans were the reason she "acted crazy". She followed him reluctantly to his home in an isolated cabin where she was taken in by a family of four. There were two adult twolegs and two twoleg kits. The kits continuously pulled on her stubby tail and picked her up by the neck while Grey hid. She received the brunt of the abuse delivered by the kits, and when she fought back she was punished by their parents.
She was in this twoleg nest for moons with no hope of escaping, and she became miserable. Grey told her that he was the one who saved her from the disgusting clans, and that she should be grateful to him. He said that she should show her thanks by giving him a litter of kits. She refused and told him that she was too young and too inexperienced. She couldn't be around the queens in BreezeClan without getting unnerving glares. Grey, apparently, wouldn't take "no" for an answer. He forcibly tried to produce a litter with her but with no results. Wildpoppy was coming up with a plan while this was happening. Piece by piece, she put together an idea that would rid her of this horrible tom forever.
After Grey's last attempt at getting a litter of kittens out of Wildpoppy, she waited a moon to tell him that she was pregnant. He was amazed, and began to treat her better now that she was carrying his offspring. After a week or so, she asked him if he could take her outside for a walk to smell the fresh air. He reluctantly agreed and they wandered through the twoleg's territory until they came to the BreezeClan border. Wildpoppy flopped down, complaining of tired paws very loudly. Her plan had been set in motion ever since she left the twoleg nest. A patrol was bound to be making rounds of the territory any minute now.
When she heard movement in the undergrowth farther off than Grey could hear, she gave the most earsplitting screech she could manage. She hurriedly told Grey that the kits were coming. Grey looked terrified and scented the air to see if any other animals had come to investigate. Unluckily for him, a large BreezeClan patrol had come to see what the noise was about. They recognized Wildpoppy, and demanded to know what Grey had done to her. All Grey did was laugh and put his paws and tail possessively around Wildpoppy.
"She's already pregnant with my kits. In fact, she's giving birth to them now. Be on your way, or you'll face a father's anger sooner than you think."
As soon as the words left the tom's mouth, Wildpoppy leapt up with a screech and slashed at Grey's throat. He looked startled, but not for long. As Wildpoppy stood with her back arched, he lashed out at her face. As soon as he left his body open, she tore at him until her claws were bleeding and ripped. He lay on the crushed grass and flowers, bleeding and broken, but still alive. Wildpoppy was disgusted at his endurance.
"You don't deserve to live. You don't deserve kits. And you dont. Deserve. Me."
With that, she sunk her teeth into his neck and ripped out his throat. As he died, she watched and started to cry silent tears. At last she was free. She was home. And he was dead. She collapsed into the paws of the bewildered and concerned patrol.
Later on she woke up in the medicine cat's den. They explained that they knew what had been happening, and that they were sorry they couldn't save her. The clan knew, but most of them were understanding. She was so happy to be back with her family.
Wildpoppy is happy in BreezeClan and regulating her illness with herbs that are available. More will be filled in as she interacts with other cats!!

{-Addict}
Wildpoppy is known to attempt to keep herself in a manic state by doing things that are pleasurable to her. Things like getting into fights, flirting with clanmates, and even sneaking out to cross borders are things she does for a rush of adrenaline to keep herself from dipping into the lower end of her spectrum of moods. None of what she does is excusable though.
{+Intelligent}
Wildpoppy is a quick learner, and the information she gathers stays with her for a long time. She searches for new things to learn and absolutely loves visiting the elders to hear about how the clans were like before she was born. The only thing she isn't good with is kits; she is clunky and awkward when playing with them and she always ends up doing something wrong no matter how much she tries to learn.
{-Defensive}
Wildpoppy will get very defensive if another cat tries to ask her personal questions, no matter what kind of intention they had. Cats who ask too many questions or try to pry make her very uncomfortable and paranoid. If she has a particularly bad encounter with another cat then she will try to get away from them immediately.
{+Youthful}
Wildpoppy is basically just a big kitten despite her discomfort around actual kittens. She loves to play games with other warriors who share her energy, and clanmates are not surprised when they hear the head of a patrol scolding her for pouncing on another cat's tail. She loves having contests with other members of the clan, and is always a good sport about winning or losing.
{-Disassociative}
Wildpoppy's mental illness causes her to have episodes where she disassociates herself from stressful situations. If there has been a particularly violent battle, or a death in the clan (etc.), she will distance herself from her clanmates. When asked about her feelings, she will reply with either cheery or neutral responses. She does this so she can't be completely thrown int a depressive episode. After all, if she isn't there then it didn't happen, right?
{+Adventurous}
Wildpoppy always listens to the stories told about how the clans used to be moons ago, and it seems that every time she hears them she gets an itch in her paws to go somewhere undiscovered. She wants to be part of the stories told by elders moons from now, and she thinks that discovering something or someplace important will help that happen.
{-Forgetful}
Wildpoppy forgets many things very quickly after she hears them unless those things are facts about the clad or herb knowledge. She is frequently scolded for ignoring her duties, and most of her clanmates don't take kindly to the excuse of "I just forgot." She doesn't like forgetting to do her job for the clan, but it's not something that she can really help.
{+Romantic}
Wildpoppy loves to flirt with other cats. She is prone to developing feelings for cats she hasn't gotten to know, and then acting on those feelings too soon. Her romantic nature has gotten her in quite a bit of trouble in the past. Toms and she-cats beware because Wildpoppy is ruthless when it comes to love.
{+/-Mentally Ill}
Wildpoppy is bipolar and has an anxiety disorder. She knows that she is somehow different from her clanmates, but it doesn't really deter her from anything. Her clanmates can sense a difference too, but no cat has ever said anything. Medicine cats chalk it up to something that happened to her as a kit, but the truth is that she was just born with these things and she's okay with herself the way she is! (She sometimes takes thyme/chamomile/juniper berries/etc to calm herself down in stressful situations.)

Wildpoppy was slow to respond and even slower to get up. The world came back to her in starbursts and she felt dizzy as she looked up to see Sunsplash covered in blood and staring down at her. She opened her mouth but stopped as a sharp pain blazed through her face, and the tang of blood washed over her tongue. Her vision swam as she tried to get up and barely managed to lift her head. She tested her mouth again. There was still pain but it wasn't as bad now. She could talk at least.
"Sunsplash... What happened? Is the owl dead? Did we kill it?" She attempted to stand but her front legs gave out and she stumbled to regain her balance. "My head hurts... My everything hurts!" She managed to stand this time with help from the bloodied tom. Her gaze moved to his matted fur and she smelled the scent of fresh blood on his pelt. An edge of fear crept into her voice. "Are you hurt? You're bleeding!" She looked around at the falling snowflakes. "Do you think we'll be able to make it back? I don't want to be stranded here again... I don't want to die here..." She began to tremble and tried to balance on her three uninjured legs. Whether she was trembling from cold, fear, or both she didn't know.
